• You can now set custom approval rules based on withdrawal amounts and team roles, making withdrawal approval more flexible and secure.

Book a Call （Launched April 11th）

• New merchants are able to schedule direct meetings with our account managers on the website to discuss your specific needs and receive tailored payment solutions.

Blockchain Support Overview (Launched March 18th)

• No more API calls needed! You can now view all supported blockchains, required confirmations, and real-time network status directly on CCPayment.

Improved Transaction Details (Launched March 12th)

• We’ve refined the transaction detail page to make navigation and information access smoother and more intuitive.

Webhook URL Setup Optimization (Launched April 1st)

• CCPayment webhook configuration is now simpler and includes step-by-step guidance, helping you activate URLs more accurately and efficiently.

Manual Webhook Resend (Launched March 12th)

• You can now manually resend webhook notifications for all transaction types directly from your dashboard under the Transaction List section.

User Address Usage Statistics

• You can currently track the number of permanent addresses. Soon, we’ll also introduce detailed usage data for user addresses to meet the needs of merchants in different industries.

Risky Funds Management

• We’re actively exploring risky fund solutions in collaboration with third-party partners. You'll be able to credit flagged funds safely while maintaining compliance.

FAQ Articles Update

• We continue to expand and update our FAQ articles based on real feedback. View Support Center anytime for quick solutions.

API Documentation Updates

• We've added new response parameters to provide more detailed chain information. You can get real-time network statuses by calling the Get Chain List API.

Expanded Token & Chain Support

• Our list of supported tokens and chains keeps growing. Check our token list or contact us if you need support for specific tokens.
