How to make a payment?
1Paste the payment address into your wallet or scan the QR code with your wallet. For currencies that support tag/memo, please make sure to enter the correct tag/memo.
2In your wallet, paste the pending token quantity for the order into the "Send Assets" page's amount field. Please note: The amount filled here is the final quantity required for the order to be received. If there are network fees, make sure to include them when filling in the amount.
3After confirming that your payment token and the sending network match CCPayment's payment information, send the token.
4Once we detect your transaction on the blockchain network, the checkout page will display the transaction information.
5Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your transaction will be completed. The confirmation speed may vary depending on the network load of the blockchain.
What should I do if I have only completed a partial payment?
You can make multiple payments to complete the order before it expires.
What to do if the order has expired?
This may happen in several situations:
1You have not made the payment and the payment time has elapsed.----- Please do not make payments to expired orders. You can create a new order and complete the payment within the validity period.
2The amount you sent is insufficient. The payment you made will be transferred to the seller's account after confirmation on the blockchain. It is recommended to contact the seller to discuss the next steps.
3You have made a sufficient payment, but the transaction is still being processed on the blockchain. No need to worry, your payment will be transferred to the seller's account after confirmation on the blockchain. If necessary, please contact the seller to discuss the next steps!
How long does it take for a payment to be confirmed?
The confirmation time for cryptocurrency payments depends on the network congestion, transaction fee rate, and cryptocurrency type.
In general, the payment confirmation time for most cryptocurrencies falls within a few minutes to several tens of minutes.
Some slower blockchains like BTC network may take longer to confirm transactions, but increasing the transaction fee may speed up confirmation.
What should I do if I forget or enter a wrong Tag/Memo?
Tag/Memo is an additional information field used in cryptocurrency transactions to differentiate between different transaction purposes or specify the recipient.
When filling out the form, please ensure that you accurately enter the Tag/Memo to process the transaction. Incorrect Tag/Memo may lead to transactions being sent to the wrong account, risking asset loss.
